- One property, one fund. Each property sits in a sub fund of its own, inside the Assetora Investment Fund.
- You buy units. Units are $1 each when first issued. You can buy a fraction of a property alongside other people, and some buyers take up all of its units.
- Know the risks. Property values can rise and fall, units can be hard to sell before the fund's term ends, and there's no cooling-off period.
